Eric's educational achievements in accounting and a Masters in business has allowed him to build a relevant real estate business that is unique in its approach to helping families build their dreams in Portland. He and his wife moved to this great city eleven years ago from their college town of Chattanooga TN. They enjoy the feeling of being in a small town/big city and firmly believe that no other city offers them the opportunity to build the life they want together.

Clayton contributes to Nurture Realty's mission to offer personalized, professional service by establishing strong relationships built on mutual trust and respect. Clayton moved to Portland more than ten years ago after growing up on the family farm in Kansas, graduating from Pomona College, teaching outdoor education throughout the West, and traveling the world. He offers a unique perspective on what it means to live and thrive in a city that offers so many outdoor opportunities. Clayton and his wife, who are expecting their first child soon, live in Piedmont with their fluffy cat and love building their dreams in Portland.
Shanan Batson: Director of Operations and community development
Shanan supports the Nurture team and community with the “behind the scenes” work. After 12 years with the catering department of Elephants Delicatessen she’s moved to a new type of hospitality with Nurture Realty. Coming from a background in catering and event planning has given her the unique set of skills needed to handle time sensitive requests and find creative solutions for all types of challenges. She moved to Portland with her husband and high school sweet heart, Brad, and 3 daughters in 1999 and quickly fell in love with the weather and quirky personality of the city. They’ve loved raising their girls in Portland, a big change from their small hometown in Indiana. She enjoys live music, crafting, connecting with friends, and walking the lovely streets of her NE Portland neighborhood.
DIANE BOZAK: Broker
Diane is a dog mom, avid volunteer and native Midwesterner who calls Portland home. Formerly an event manager and software consultant (aka computer geek), Diane moved into real estate in 2012, gracefully combining her passion for places and people while offering superior service. Her talent for juggling varied responsibilities in the midst of chaos while keeping her cool is precisely what makes her an amazing real estate agent. When not busy working, you can find this Jill-of all-trades hanging at the dog park with her spunky Boston Terriers, Riley and Darby, savoring every happy hour in the city, volunteering with Girls on the Run and trying out DIY projects at home.

Claudia and Gaby moved to the Pacific Northwest from Chile in 1998, they are a mother/daughter team that loves to help their clients navigate the real estate process. Claudia began her career in Real Estate in 2005 and has been a strong advocate and trusted advisor to her clients for over a decade. When they are not working, Claudia loves relaxing by the beach while her husbands catches some waves, while Gaby can be found cheering on the Blazers with her partner or cuddling their adorable cat Lincoln. They also love giving back to their community by volunteering with local nonprofits that aid in homeownership. Gaby received her bachelor’s degree in business from Portland State University in 2012 and joined Claudia at Pobanz Group in 2015. They are a bilingual team fluent in English & Spanish. They will fight hard to represent your interests but always with style, grace and respect. Their relationships with clients goes beyond a single transaction, creating lasting friendship with all those they serve.
